From bottle at Sunset Grill. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is peachy and citrusy hoppy. Sweet honey to sugarish base flavour. Rather fruity and somewhat bitter flavoured into the finish. Nice and fruity.

Blond color; rare small foam crown. The aroma is interesting, flowery (orange blossom) and nutty (almonds). It’s lightly carbonated, not much sweet, with some apple flavor and not much honey. Also the bitterness and hopping are difficult to perceive. And the final reminds me carbonated apple juice. Not totally bad, but strange; it confirms that Redstone is not a top meadery.

(Draught) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a spare white ring on top. Aroma of florals, honey, earth, and grass. Flavor of honey, grass, florals, and menthol.

@RLRL with Orlando group-thanks to redlight and TheCheeseMan-750ml bottle-pours a white ring for a head and pale yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is mild sweet herbal, hop-perfumy. Taset is sweet herbal, hop-perfumy. Good effervescence. Best of everything I’ve had from Redstone.

Bottle… Pours pale yellow with effervescence and an immediately dissipating, fizzy, white head. The aroma is an odd blend of honey, vanilla and herbs that hint at wood stain or clear wood finish. Medium-bodied with a syrupy/oily mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Sweet, for the most part, but also very mildly acidic. Lengthy, crisp, sweet (but not overly so) finish. An odd bird, this one, but I have no real gripes. Very braggot-like, but better than most examples of a very strange style. Thanks go out to TheCheeseMan and redlight for the glassful!

Tap at Rattle N Hum. Very clear, transparent pale straw pour. The nose is loaded with honeyish sweetness. The hop aroma is barely there - just a simple sweet clover honey mead with a little bit of light mintiness. Simple, but pretty good.

Draught at 6th Boulder Strong Ale Festival. Pours clear light yellow with a spare, fizzy, white head, diminishing with no lacing. Aroma is average malt (hay, straw), average hops (flowers, grass), light yeast (sweat) with notes of honey and green olives. Medium bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and an astringent finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

Golden delicious apple aroma. A fight between hops and honey...and the loser is...whoever drinks it.

Bottle. Clear pear yellow colored body, effervescent and bubbly, small white layer of carbonation on top. Overly sweet nose of pears, a little acetone, mostly just a general honey smell... flavor is no different. Has a slight bitterness, the dry-hopping imparts a minor flavor and aroma of dried grass... nothing remarkable about this mead at all. Couldn’t drink much of it.
