Blond color; rare small foam crown. The aroma is interesting, flowery (orange blossom) and nutty (almonds). Itís lightly carbonated, not much sweet, with some apple flavor and not much honey. Also the bitterness and hopping are difficult to perceive. And the final reminds me carbonated apple juice. Not totally bad, but strange; it confirms that Redstone is not a top meadery.

On tap at the Stone 17th anniversary festival. Clear, pale golden. Tooth paste and some flower honey in the aroma, not much else. Some tooth paste in the flavor too. Some warmth in the mouth, flat. Well, not impressive in any way, but drinkable. 130817

@RLRL with Orlando group-thanks to redlight and TheCheeseMan-750ml bottle-pours a white ring for a head and pale yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is mild sweet herbal, hop-perfumy. Taset is sweet herbal, hop-perfumy. Good effervescence. Best of everything Iíve had from Redstone.

A nice mead, hoppy, light yellow colour. Citrus and nice drinkability. Worth it for mead fans.
