Pours a pale yellow. Aromas of nice sweet honey and floral hops. The flavor is very sweet like unfermented honey. Light apple and flowers. The hops come through in the finish. For some reason the flavors just don’t meld here.

7 oz goblet on tap. Pale yellow in color, slight happy aroma, sweet honey notes. Somewhat dry quality. Good stuff.

Had this on draft at breckenridge brewery in Denver. Clear orange pour with no head. This is awful. Can’t even finish it. Tastes like rotten apple cider. About spit this out

Light-bodied mead with bubbly carbonation. The flavor is a lighter honey than Redstone’s Traditional Mead. Hops add a twist - grape on top of a lttle tangerine.

Kinda surprised by the low score. This is actually quite nice and refreshing. Not overly honey on the aromas and flavors. Nice sweet citrusy smell and light on the palate. The carbonation is a good touch. Overall I found it very good.

Clear dark yellow. Carbonated. Not terribly sweet. Deep flavor. Very delicious. Hint of spices.

sampled on tap at the San Diego Strong Ale Festival Nov 2008, an event shared with what seemed liked hundreds of ratebeerians and enjoyed mostly through a straw, since my face was a bloody mess of scabs and stitches. very light in color with a honey sweet nose. taste is very sweet citrus with some hops, but only a little. after a day of imperial stouts, BW and IIPA this was quite refreshing, but not spectactular.

Bottle at Oldsmar Tap House. Looks like white grape juice. Aroma is white grapes, hops, and citrus fruits. Flavor is white grapes, other fruits, and honey. Medium bodied with good amount of carbonation. Not bad at all.

Not sure about the whole carbonated mead thing, it almost tastes like soda. That being said, it’s pretty good. Thinner and lighter on the palate than I’m used to for mead, but certainly drinkable nonetheless.

Pours flat with no head. Looks like Chardonnay. Smell is huge fusel alcohol, nail polish, honey, and slight grassiness. Flavor is a lot better with oaky(?) honey, grassy hops and booze. Smooth and a little bit of spritzy carbonation. Worth a try buy just ok.
