2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light golden pour from a 500 mL can. I didn’t know these guys put stuff in cans and when I found some on sale for $6 I had to buy a few. Lots of stuff going on in the nose. Pretty dry, slightly tart, not much honey left in the taste of this one. Slightly metallic finish. This is just ok.

On tap @ Redstone. Clear pour with a light fizz. Aroma of sweet apricot, honey, apple, sugar, and lots of flowers. Slight spice/cinnamon, yeast, and grass. Sweet flavor of honey, sugar, and fruit. Mild apricot tartness, champagne, apple, and yeast flavors as well. A fair amount of spice and flower character, too.

Snifter on tap at Jackie-Os. Totally clear pale yellow color. Minimal white head, fades to nothing. Medium to bigger body. Very light, if any carbonation. Very light stickiness. Nice sweet taste. Light spicy - honey bite in the finish. Honey, light spice in the flavor. Little kick. Apricot flavor is very subtle, barely noticeable. Overall, an alright mead

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured on draft. Pours a very pale, fizzy yellow. It actually looks a lot like sprite. The aroma is very sweet apricot. Tastes like a sweet, peachy, sprite. It’s actually pretty good, despite the low ratings. I would have this again.
