Very clear. Almost like water. No head. No aroma so to speak. Tastes like pear juice with about 2% alcohol. If its h8... wow, I can believe that. Its very enjoyable.

Can. Pours a clear pale yellow with minimal carbonation and no head. Aroma has a nice sweet apricot note that works well with the honey and just a hint of dryness. Flavor is similarly sweet with honey and apricot up front and some more dry honey in the finish.

Apricots are the dominate aroma. A pino grigio hued pour. The tastes are subdued but honey and apricots greet the palate first followed by a champagne-like crisp finish. Overall, enjoyable but I perfer a fuller body as exhibited in Vikings Blod.

Light golden pour from a 500 mL can. I didn’t know these guys put stuff in cans and when I found some on sale for $6 I had to buy a few. Lots of stuff going on in the nose. Pretty dry, slightly tart, not much honey left in the taste of this one. Slightly metallic finish. This is just ok.

On tap @ Redstone. Clear pour with a light fizz. Aroma of sweet apricot, honey, apple, sugar, and lots of flowers. Slight spice/cinnamon, yeast, and grass. Sweet flavor of honey, sugar, and fruit. Mild apricot tartness, champagne, apple, and yeast flavors as well. A fair amount of spice and flower character, too.

Pours a nice off white. Cler and bubbly. Great honey and floral aromas with the same type flavours. A touch sweet, but still nice.

Bottle at Aaron’s. Thanks man! Pour is clear, very pale yellow with no head - good legs. Fruity, peachy, green apples, somewhat sweet, cinnamon, potpourri, sweet honey and flowers. Taste is sweet apples, peachy, tannic, sweet honey, floral, pears, a touch of oak, and white grapes. Light body with soft carbonation. Super easy drinking mead.
