COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Style: Traditional
Traditional meads celebrate pure honey. This mead has no fruit, herbs, or spices added.
Ingredients Include: Colorado Water, Orange Blossom Honey, Wildflower Honey, Montrachet Yeast, and The Love!
Process: In order to preserve the delicate honey flavor, we pasteurize rather than boil.
Swing Top: Our resealable bottle preserves the quality of the mead more effectively than recorking a bottle. Reuse or recycle.
Serving Temperature: We suggest serving slightly chilled. However, feel free to excperiment as different nuances are revealed at different temperatures. Unfiltered, may contain sediment.

Smells like honey and lightly of alcohol. Similar and interesting flavor, it’s pretty good!

Aroma is of honey and alcohol. Lovely color and crystal clear. Tastes of honey. Mid-sweet body. Overall one of the best meads I’ve had.

A nice mead, has a stronger honey aroma than the flavor. Looks fine. The flavor is certainly good. A nice sweetness but not too much.

Slight bit hazy or oily dark pear color, very small white head. Sweet honey scent. Tart honey taste. Alcohol finish. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, tart aftertaste.

Pours a clear pale golden yellow, no legs with a swirl. Aroma is strong honey, floral and some citrus. Taste is nice sweet honey with a bit of floral undertones, abv isn’t masked that well but I don’t mind, body is tad bit thin. Its ok but not my favorite mead I’ve had.

Pour out of bottle is nice orange, aroma has nice big citrusy honey, hints of vanilla, slight caramel even. Taste is a nice floral and citrusy honey slight booze but balances the sweetness fairly well, this is nicely made.

Aroma is wonderful rich honey + oranges. Very fresh honey aroma permeates. Pours crystal clear. Pale gold. Once it warms, honey strands appear. Taste is clearly honey. Right down to those sharp, back of the tongue characteristics. Orange prescence on initial blush, that mutates to honey mineral finish. Slight heat from alcohol. Finish is long and lingering.

Strong honey aroma and flavor. Orange flavor also presents itself, more than I really expected. Good chilled or at room temperature. Have not tried warm, yet.
