COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Style: Traditional
Traditional meads celebrate pure honey. This mead has no fruit, herbs, or spices added.
Ingredients Include: Colorado Water, Orange Blossom Honey, Wildflower Honey, Montrachet Yeast, and The Love!
Process: In order to preserve the delicate honey flavor, we pasteurize rather than boil.
Swing Top: Our resealable bottle preserves the quality of the mead more effectively than recorking a bottle. Reuse or recycle.
Serving Temperature: We suggest serving slightly chilled. However, feel free to excperiment as different nuances are revealed at different temperatures. Unfiltered, may contain sediment.

Bottle @ Redstone. Clear yellow pour. Honey, booze, and a touch of spice on the nose. Some sugar, yeast, and flowers as well. Flavors of honey, spice, and caramel. Aspirin bitterness on the finish. A bit of flowers and spice to it as well.

A nice mead, has a stronger honey aroma than the flavor. Looks fine. The flavor is certainly good. A nice sweetness but not too much.

Pours a clear pale golden yellow, no legs with a swirl. Aroma is strong honey, floral and some citrus. Taste is nice sweet honey with a bit of floral undertones, abv isnít masked that well but I donít mind, body is tad bit thin. Its ok but not my favorite mead Iíve had.
