tart, lactic nose, perhaps even bretty with fruity gooseberry in behind. Big puckeringly sour hit at first, with creamy wheat and tart fruit. Refreshing and balanced

Keg at CBC Clerkenwell. It pours a clear orange colour with no head whatsoever. Aroma is very citrusy and fruity. Lenin sesto and minerale. Taste is lightly sour with lemon peel and some grapefruit. Medium bodied and normal carbonation. Overall, sour, fruity and refreshing.

Keg Brewery Tap Leeds 25/09/13. A hazy blonde coloured beer with a white wispy head. Great sourness and fruitiness. Tart and quenching. An unexpected bready element. Nice for sure but not a world beater.

Last pour of the keg in Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell. Slightly hazy apricot colour with no head. Aroma is sour plum, cherry, gooseberry. Medium-light bodied, slightly sticky mouthfeel, reasonably sweet on the palate with a nice balancing sour note. Taste is sour plum, gooseberry, hint of tangerine. Not bad.

Keg at Craft Clerkenwell, 17/09/13. Lightly hazed golden amber with a thin off white head that clears to a swirl. Nose is sweaty socks, tarte grape notes, salty, lactic tones. Taste comprises tarte green berry fruits, tones of saltwater, grass, sharp gooseberries, soured grape skin, subtle acitidty. Light to medium in bodiment, moderate carbonation, dry finish. Decent Berliner but not up there with the best in class for me.

Keg at Craft Clerkenwell. It pours hazy orange-amber with no head. The nose is soft, tangy fruits, lactic and wood. The taste is crisp, tart, lactic, lemon, gooseberry, whitecurrant, grapeskin and decent acidity, with a dry finish. Light body and low carbonation. Tart and refreshing. Rather pleasant and approachable. I look forward to more sour action from Redwillow in the future.
