Headless. Bit like me in town. Was so weird. It’s like I’m some sort of oik (nods to Dom)

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Crystal clear yellow, aroma of light grapefruit, thin white head, slightly heavy body for style, slightly sweet, hop aroma doesn’t follow through enough in the taste. Quite drinkable regardless.

Cask at Southern. Pale yellow with white head. Light fruit hop profile that i wasn’t too keen on and a tad thin. A golden ale that I might’ve appreciated more on a summer day than a snowy winter night.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma: Peachy and floral with caramel notes.
Appearance: Hazy golden body with fairly sizeable yeast flecks floating around. Massive white head that holds really well. Lively carbonation. Excellent lacing.
Taste: Nice balance between caramel and citrus flavours. Tastes a little soapy with bitter, unripe pear notes.
Palate: Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Soft carbonation.
Overall: Definitely doesn’t live up to its name - the head on this was huge! It’s hoppy but the citrus flavours taste unripe rather than punchy and juicy.

500ml bottle. A nice drink. Highly carbonated, with deep, loose head. Hops maybe Saaz, that is peppery, spicy. Quite like a low gravity Belgian triple.
