Cask conditioned Air Pressure Euston Tap London. A classic brown coloured beer with a white head and lacing. A big beer for its ABV. Lots of hops plentiful malts and a big body. Fruity hops. Hints of chocolate and coffee. Almost too complex and actually quite chewy. The hops in the nose though are particularly good.

Bottle shared at The Kernel. Pours clear amber with a soft, white head. Toast, light toffee and fruits on the nose. Light sweet flavor, light toast and toasty caramel, some lovely pine bitterness. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Dries nicely to finish, with notes of toasty toffee, pine, sweet toast, mild resinous pine. Very solid beer.

Half pint shared by Finn at NWAF ’13. Deep mahogany coloured body. Fruity nose nicely added by brittle caramel. Blended taste character of juicy and caramel malts. Good bitter support to the aftertaste. Nice and clean. One of my best at the festival (Manchester, 23.01.2013).
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 DruncanVeasey (6179) - NUNEATON, Blue Square Premier, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAY 25, 2012
Bottle. Coppery....well, amber with a slim cream head. Quite a nose, wafting with all manner of lychee, grapefuit, grenadine and perfumed hop exoticism over a sweet caramel and cinder toffee-accented base. Perfumed, bittersweet and balanced with breakfast juice hop, well-squeezed tea, blackcurrant and lean husky malt notes. If only all American ambers were as good.
