3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
2013-10-19. Crisp golden orange body with a small white head. Aroma of green hops and celery like vegetation. 6++ Flavour is mildly bitter, mild fruity hops, and very English overall character. 6+ Very smooth bodied palate, soft carbonation. Just okay, I did not care for the way the hops presented, may not have travelled well. Session 1, Cask Days 2013, Toronto

Keg at Barley Mow, Bristol. Amber gold pour. Peaches, mango and light caramel on the nose. Juicy peaches and tangerine in the taste, slightly dank tropical fruits, a touch of caramel. Lingering dank tropical fruit notes and a touch of citric bitterness to finish with. Absolutely solid APA, really juicy hop flavours throughout.

500ml bottle. Very cloudy copper with a large white head. Aroma of hops and pine. Flavours if grapefruit, grass, lots of hops, a little peach and tropical fruit. Not as bitter and dry as I would expect for the style. Well balanced. Very nice.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pint at the Nags Head. Clear amber with a creamy head. Well hopped grapefruit aroma, tastes a bit as that suggests, dry and bitter. A bit too dry to throw it back, a sipper. Too dry for my liking though.
