3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle at home in London. Pours clear gold with a massive, frothy white head. Some tangy, lightly dried citrus in the nose. Light sweet flavor with pale, vaguely doughy malts, a bit of tangerine. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly drying to finish, with some pine needles, mellow tangerine, mango. A tasty APA, though the hops don’t quite sing enough for me.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Bacchanalia, Cambridge. Golden brown, not so much visible carbonation and a small ring of off-white head. White grape, guava and some sourness in the aroma. Bittersweet taste, with some pulpy savoury/sweet tropical fruit on the back of the sip. Very nice and refreshing. Is the body just a little bit too thin? Well, yes... but still very enjoyable altogether.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20

( Redwillow Wreckless) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a tulip, ABV 4.8%
Golden orange colour on the body, slightly hazy. Two fingers tall white head sitting on top, with very good retention.
Aroma of citrus, light grapefruit, tropical fruits, passionfruit.
A bit weak on taste at first but with nice notes of tropical fruits, citrus, grass, hints of grains, caramell malts and a mildly bitter finish. Eventually it leaves a positive impression.
Medium thin body, good soft carbonation.

Bottle from Heaton Hops, Manchester. Pours golden with a frothy white head. Good hoppy aroma with notes of pine. The taste is bitter with pine again. A little caramel malt in the background. Nice lingering finish. Light and refreshing. I could easily drink a lot of this. An excellent session ale.
