Our second pilsner, this one a refreshing Bohemian-style Pilsner, brewed in collaboration with our good friend, Dutch Sullivan. Fizzy pillow-like head, straw in color, grassy and herbal aromas, light malty body with a crisp dry finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner malt, Northern Brewer and Tettnanger hops with a Bohemian Pilsner yeast strain.

This was a draft beer at Brick and Fire Bistro in Eureka, CA. It came in the glass a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose of grassy and floral hops. Light to medium n body with a very smooth mouthfeel. The flavor is a good balance between the slightly sweet malt and the bitterness from the hops, with lots of citrus and floral flavors. Dry bitter finish. Really refreshing and very fresh tasting.
