Sample from 33 cl. bottle. Clear, golden-amber colour with the usual fast fading off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits - peaches and a sourish note, some herbal hops - the buckwheat? The taste is sweet and fruity. Medium body with a flat carbonation. Short, slightly bitter finish. Is this really a hefeweizen? Not a favourite.

Pours a clear and light golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, notes of fruit and some smoke. The flavor follows the nose with additional notes of acidity. The palate is sweetness. Overall a boring beer.

Bottle, thanks skinnyviking! Hazy yellow. Wheaty, hay, grass, and light mineral in the aroma. Some grassiness, lightly sour wheat, dough, and some fruits and grain in the flavor. Medium and slicky body.

Amber, clear color, small vanishing white head. Toffee, harsh malts, sticky rye bread aroma, quite terrible. Light body. Rye bread, some caramel, yeast, buck wheat ... Useless.

Bottled (from Ölkonsortiet). Goldeny amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is at first very diarrheashit like, but once it’s been in the glass a while it get a bit better, grainy and quite speltlike and that’s about it. Flavour is speltlike sweetness, some mild herbal notes as well as some mild grainyness. Mild notes of honey as well.

0.33L bottle from Vinspecialisten, Aalborg. Moderate big-bubbled off-white head. Crystal clear, deep golden body color. Strong smell of malt drops. Notes of camphor and tea leaves. Spiced and sugary caramel flavor. Drier towards the finish. Herbal notes, an unusual frutiness too. Chalky and a bit watered down mouthfeel. An oddball, this one. Not really that good, I’ll blame it on the buckwheat.
