Bottle. Pours yellow with medium head. Buckwheat and and some caramel in nose. Watery light body. Herbs and flowers in taste but its too weak and boring.

Hazy orange color, lathery head. Mild malty aroma with honey notes. Light caramel and honey, also floral taste. Nice beer but thin.

Bottle. Dark golden colour with a tiny bubbly short lasting head. Sweetish aroma with yeast, maltiness and some hops. Flavour of some sweetness, buckwheat, wheatish something, malt, little biiter hoppy finish. Not much wheat. More like a buckwheat ale brew thing.

Cask at Köbenhavnske Öldager 2007: Clear yellov colour, flat head. Aroma of malts,hay,gras,nice malt nose,and a citric end. Flavor is almost the same,light to medium body, and a short dry hopy finish.
