Bottle. Pours yellow with medium head. Buckwheat and and some caramel in nose. Watery light body. Herbs and flowers in taste but its too weak and boring.

Ølfestival, DK Bottled Buckweed dominated aroma and flavor. It will never be my favorite grain

[Sampled in 2004.] Quite a nice brew. Dark golden with yeasthefe taste. Sour and fruity with some bitterness in the finish.

Hazy orange color, lathery head. Mild malty aroma with honey notes. Light caramel and honey, also floral taste. Nice beer but thin.

Bottle. Dark golden colour with a tiny bubbly short lasting head. Sweetish aroma with yeast, maltiness and some hops. Flavour of some sweetness, buckwheat, wheatish something, malt, little biiter hoppy finish. Not much wheat. More like a buckwheat ale brew thing.

Bottle at home. Golden withut head. Aroma moderate malty (fruity notes). Flavor moderate sweet, light sour. Almost medium body. Not a hefeweizen.

Cask at Köbenhavnske Öldager 2007: Clear yellov colour, flat head. Aroma of malts,hay,gras,nice malt nose,and a citric end. Flavor is almost the same,light to medium body, and a short dry hopy finish.

Bottled in a bar in Nyhavn, Copenhagen, Denmark. Dark crimson coloured body, slight head. Sugary flavour with a sticky palate. Not a beer lovers friend.

Pours light amber with little head. Very sweet aroma with maltiness. Taste is equally sweet with clear wheaty flavours from the buckwheat.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is light amber. Aroma is hops but not very strong. Taste is nice and sweet.
