Tap. Dark amber body. Almost no head. Light aroma of sweet berries. Dry malty flavour, dark malts, light nutty. Some sweetness. Like Mack "blanding". Very pleasant finish. (The Irish House, Aalborg, 080709)

Jan 5, 2010 Bottle, 50cl - Clear brown beer with almost no head. Aroma is malty with notes of caramel, toffee and dried fruit. Flavor is malty but rather weak with hints of caramel, bread and toffee. Not really anything outstanding.

Dec 16, 2009 The classic that opened so many eyes to the wonders of beer - myself included. It is however not the same experience these days as it used to be. Brown with low grey head. Aroma of nuts, roasted bread and hay. The flavour is marked by the malts, sweet caramel-like.

Oct 18, 2009 Marhogny color with a lasting offwhite head. Fine lacing. Aroma: Malt, caramel, hops, yeast. Taste: Malt, bread, hops. A little sweet but a good ale.

Looks like coke with a compact head.
Cocolate, malt and spices. Smooth mouth feel.
A bit like a Pannepot light

Oct 6, 2009 Pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet caramel and light hops. Flavour is sweet caramel with a light bitter aftertaste.

AP: Darkbrown Coca-Cola colour, high foam (hard to rate in a non transparant platsic glass)
AR: Sweet honey, fudge
F: Sweet honny, fudge, some bitterness
Realy a very nice ale due to is sweetness and caracter.
