Rating #793, igen fra Øster Ulslev købmanden. En mellembrun omgang brygværk med et minimalt skum. Brød- og frugtagtig duft med bær og sødme. Smagen har udefinerbare bær, metal, brød og en smule bitterhed og alkohol. Der er mere ubalanceret bitter over den end amber ale. Medium tyngde og blød kulsyre.

Flaske. Farven er mørk, rødbrun. Hvilket er forventelig. Forventelig er også skumkronen. Aroma er karamel, sukker og malt. Smag: brød, ristet malt. I betragtning af dens alkoholprocent smager den behageligt lidt af alkohol. En gennemsnitlig god øl.

Bottle. Pours hazy darkish amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of yeast and hops and touches of bread. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and yeast, with touches of fruit and bitter, hoppy notes. Sweetish aftertaste with slightly metallic hints. Not that bad. Drinkable, just nothing special.
