Papsoe (25079) - Lyserødovre, DENMARK - JAN 29, 2011
Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Dedollewaitor. Clear amber with a small and rough off-white head. Some caramel in the nose first then a strange smokiness and tons of phenols. Medium body, again a little caramel but otherwise just massive and unpleasant off-flavours. No bitterness and a rather low carbonation. Damm this is horrible. 290111

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and hazzlenut brown to deep amber, small, shortlived head. Aroma is rather fruity, berries, and roasted malt. Roasted breadish malt flavoured followed by a citric to acidic berry fruity flavour. Light herbal too. Ends citric and fruity, rather strange.

Pours brownish red with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma is tart, fruity, some red currants, light milky, caramel. High carbonation, fairly thin mouthfeel. Flavour is mild fruity, some slight sugars, mild raspberry. Weird, thin and very un-interesting.
