2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Heller, viel zu bananiger Antrunk. Leider sofort danach wässrig, kaum aromatisch. So bleibt es bis zum Ende - extrem langweiliges Weizen. 11/8/6/6//6

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at the brewpub. Rather anonymous. Soft, sweet malt, flour, sugar. Hazy brown, lovely pearly carbonation. Mild, unoffensive. You don’t really need to like beer to drink this one.

(Keg at the brewpub, 20130513) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had clove, banana and fruitiness. Palate was quite light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were banana, clove, fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and mildly bitter. A good tasting but watery hefeweizen.

MF: good carbon, light to medium body. Taste: quite some banana, dough, touch of citrus, bit sweet. Aftertaste: ripe banana, little bitter, hint of citrus, faint ending.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
on tap at the brewpub in regensburg. sub-par as with this brewery’s other efforts - simple sherbet aroma; only faintly hazy golden with an apathetic head; quite thin for a weizen with minimal porridge character and a bit of tart lemon lurking. drinkable but uninspiring

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught @ Fürstliches Brauhaus Regensburg, Waffnergasse 6-8, 93047 Regensburg, Oberpfalz/Bayern, Germany.
Hazy - murky medium to dark orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grass, moderate yeasty, banana, chlorine notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration. To much yeast and banana in the flavor IMO. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft.
