Poured a very pale yellow color with an effervesent body and small white head. Sweet fruity malt and corn make up the aroma. Flavor sadly matches the aroma with malt and corn. Thin watery body.

Poured yellow with a foamy. artificial head. Corn, no hops. Slightly unpleasant, similar to a poor American malt liquor.

Bottle. 5.3% though, not 4.3%. Pretty weak, and watery. Skunky, and well all together not great.

This one poured more colorless than many an American Macro.... boy, almost water-like. If this didn’t have a big foamy head, then the appearance would have been a negative rating. The aroma was skunky upon opening. Flavor was all corn and sweet corn. Man, like corn syrup was in there before and after fermentation. Sticky sweet. Some honey and grass flavors. Well, stamp El Salvador in my passport now.

1 liter bottle. Light corn malt aroma. Light yellow color with small head. Barely detectable corn malt flavor with no body at all - Absolutely needs a lime wedge - This is just barely different from mineral water but at the very least, there are no bad flavors and would be a good thirst quencher.

Ah, El Salvador... where’ve you been all my life. My first pale lager as a US resident and it doesn’t disappoint. Pale straw colour, thick creamy white head. Aroma of straw, grass, and latex paint. Flavour is fairly watery, thin lager malt, grass and hay hoppiness and a decidedly vegetal sweetness. Reminds me of every beer I drank in Fiji. Thanks for reminding me of why I don’t drink Central American beer.

Very pale, almost colorless, rocky white foam, large bubbles. Clean simple aroma, unoffensive. Clean, malty flavor, sweet, corn and lemon, again unoffensive but rather lacking in flavor.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2006 A pale, skunky, boring lager. No better than mass produced American lagers.

Generously shared by TheBeerCellar2: Pours a very pale white wine color with a thin ring of white head. Mild corn and grape aroma. Fizzy, watery body has a very mild sweetness and a thin, semi-dry finish. No off-flavors, but hardly anything here to taste. I guess this is one more country I have tried.
