Bottle. Big bottle. Pale gold color with a three finger head. Head holds up well. Laces abundantly. Rather grainy aroma backed by some noble hop. Rather thin bodied with mild, frothy carbonation. Flavor is beer. There’s pale malt. There’s hop. It’s a bit sweet. It’s wholly inoffensive. It’s not crisp; it is clean. I think it’s brewed for the hotter climes. If I was eating food in El Salvador, I would use this like water. I actually think I am enjoying this one. It is so innocuous. There’s not a bad flavor in it. Would I take it to a desert island? No.

The aroma is dusty and corn like with almost no hops. The appearance is pale god with a nice but average head. The flavor is like the aroma and blah. The palate is thin. Itís not gross itís just not that good.

Huge quart bottle, mostly foam when you pour it, quickly settles to no foam. Lots of lacing. Clear yellow beer, with a lot of carbonation. Smells like dirt. Taste has notes of metal, wood, or tin, whatever they brew this in. Has a very disagreeable bite, like rusty tin. The extra, went down the drain, as did the not-extra part.

Birria del pueblo que se convertio en la mejor de El Salvador cuando los Sur Africanos compraron la constancia.

Big speckled white head on clear gold. Aroma is light and fruity with hints of artificial grape. Light and watery in taste with a dry crackery finish.

Huge pint + bottle poured into my trusty stein- poured an extremely thin yellow- kind of like adding 5 drops of yellow food coloring to a pint of water, like that, heavy carbonation. White head bubbled away to nothing, aroma of a weak malt with even a hint of palm tree (donít ask me, thatís what my nose picked up). Hits the mouth with a very thin body, malt and hops are distinguishable, not overpowering at all, merely they say Hello, then Goodbye in the same breathe. So, where is the Budweiser?

Drab El Salvadoran lager. Very pale with a spare head. Nasty vegetal aroma of Jalapeno peppers, rice starch and lager shandy. Lifeless body. Sweet macro-lager flavour mix. Where are the hops? Rubber plants and bamboo. Lame and sugary. (Bottle courtesy of Bridge at Sullyís Sydney RB gathering Xmas o7)
