3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
910ml bottle pours a clear pale golden color with a 2 finger foamy white head that settles down to a hint of lacing on the glass. Aroma is light malts and hops. Taste is moderate malty sweetness with a clean hoppy bitter finish. One of the better beers that this style has to offer.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Hay and corn aroma. Clear yellow, thick white head, good lacing. Creamy mouthfeel. Relatively flavorless aside from a bit of corn. A fairly decent offering from south of the border.

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
I picked this up at a local grocery store. It has an extremely pale yellow body filled with a zillion (I counted) tiny bubbles that race upwards to the frothy, sustained head. It has almost no aroma. I had to stick my snout deep into the glass to pick up faint traces of white sugar and grass. There’s not much flavor, either, just a light sugary taste, a hint of malt, and a blade of grass. Very watery. It would be good for brushing one’s teeth.

1.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Doesn’t smell very good. Taste is just thin water lager. Nothing more than a lawnmover beer, but it helps quench the spicy salsa I’m eating.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
32 oz bottle, thats right a whole quart bitches, purchased at Spirits RB. Pours a clear golden straw color with slight effervescence rising from the center and an average size foamy head that leaves some thick piles of lace on my glass and some large dollops of lasting head. Aroma is dusty overall with some sweet corny notes and cardboard. Flavor is no worse then any other macro lager, corn and metallic notes to form a base of sweetness with a very slight bitter finish. The palate on this one helps out alot and is actually not half bad with a medium body and light, but very much there carboantion, and a creamy finish. If you can get past the flavor this one is drinkable.

1.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
From a large 32 oz. bottle. The body was pale gold with a very thin white head. The aroma was grainy and corny with a little bit of bell pepper. The taste was light plastic with some strange white potato. Very little flavor.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Total Wine & More, Chantilly 32oz ($3): Pours a very pale colour with barely any head. Aroma is extremely light. As someone else has pointed out, this does not smell like adjuncts. Taste is really light but completely inoffensive. This is an easily chuggable brew. Not bad.

UPDATED: APR 19, 2004 (32oz bottle) Big bottle for a big occasion - I am now a common-law uncle! Wow, the sense of commitment now strikes me. Pours a huge, frothy, white head and a clear gold body. Nose of grassy pastures, stagnant insoles. Easy drink'n. Slightly hoppy flavour. Watery to the finish. Enough to keep to straight on the road. Responsibility!
