Bottle 500ml.
Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (130608)

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and caramel as well as light notes of metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and pumpernickle bread as well as lighter notes of cinnamon, leading to a dry finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and deep orange to light brown with a fully diminished head. Mild breadish malt aroma. Flavour is mild spiced, light cornish and with a light breadish note, although subdued. Ends with a nice mix of sweetness and bitterness.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear dark amber golden with a rough off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt, Danish rye bread and alcohol. Very solid malt base of roasted malts. Rather bitter finish. Solid. 130608

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Amber colour with a mediumsized slightly off-white head. Aroma is bready, mild rubber, some earth and mild burnt wet wooden notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some rubbery notes as well as some herbs and wood.

Bottled. Copper colour, clear, creamy head. Grassy, sweet and caramelly with medium body. Wraps my tongue in toffee and sugar, turning to hay and a metallic edge towards the salty finish. Too sweet for my liking, but with potential.

Bottle. Clear amber coloured with a small off white head. Sweet aroma of malts, caramel and grain with distinct notes of alcohol. Sweet flavour of malts and caramel with notes of rye bread and hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Bierzwerg. Pours clear dark copper with a small white head. Really malty nose and flavor. Lots of fruit, grain and bread and a mild whiff of caramel. Smooth and medium bodied. Expected it to be more chewy, but quite balanced and nice nevertheless.

Beautiful dark amber and red color, creamy head. The aroma is not very strong, but very nice: caramel and cereals, the bocks that I like. Good body strength and good caramel flavor, with the required sweetness, candi sugar too; but I find here a rather unpleasant (even if very light) vegetables touch. Good bitterness, with an edge of roasted nuts in the end.

(51cl bottle) Pours a clear copper body with a medium dense off-white head. Aroma of caramel, earthiness, grain, raisins, and grass. Flavor of butterscotch, light sulfur, grain, subtle iron, and caramel.
