Das Aussehen ist noch das beste an diesem Reh-Bier: Hellgelb und trüb mit feinporigem Schaum, der mehr vertreten sein dürfte. Ein käseartiges Aroma, das ist mein Ernst, trübt die ordentliche Optik! Dünner Antrunk, zum Glück im Geschmack nur leicht säuerlich-hefig und nicht käsig...Das Ganze endet dann uninspiriert und ohne wirklichen Abgang. Nicht mein Bier!

Bottle marked 10.12. Nose has some slimy yeast and burning-hot phenols. Cloudy yellow body with a soapy white head. Semi-dry (though the explosive bubblegum makes it seem sweeter, for sure) and really, really grainy, with stronger-than-necessary bitterness. Lightish body is slimy with grainy wheat. A dud.

Turbid straw colored pour. Looks like a lambic being boiled. Big fluffy white head that takes a while to drop and leaves plenty of lacing. Big lemony aroma with big presence of banana. Sweet, dry, slightly citrusy banana flavor. Not bad.

Absolutely good, very ice and spicy, refreshing and with good head. Nice features and cloudy presentation.

It’s unclear, yellow-golden with a huge, creamy, white, lasting head. The aroma has notes of banana and light yeast. The flavour is sweet with light notes of yeast, banana, light peach and wheat. It’s very mild, slightly watery, with more full body, it would have scored higher.

Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, banana notes. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, malt, and a bit of banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and a bit of banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.
