Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly lasting.
Body is light to medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs), with a light note of soap.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter, slightly husky.
Light to medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation.
Not a great example...some nice characters: bright and balanced, lasting head, and velvety texture...but also a bit soapy and husky. Very fresh bottle but of course that never guarantees quality brewing.

Ein mild-würziges Pils, das gegen Ende recht herb ausklingt, aber zum Glück ist diese Hopfennote sehr aromatisch und nicht bitter! Zum vollkommenen Glück könnte die Malznote als Kontrapunkt etwas stärker ausgeprägt sein. Nichtsdestotrotz handelt es sich hier um ein leckeres Pils!
