Jordan & I were treated to a personal tour of this small rustic establishment and given a small bottle each as a gift by the President,Yasuda-San.
A nice start to a fun day! On to the sake: A touch of yellow, very mild grainy scent. Has a nice mouthfeel but a touch rough in the finish. Not a world-class Daiginjo but I do prefer it to most of the awamori that Okinawans drink. This is the only Sake made on Okinawa so it is my "hometown" brewery ;-) BückDich (4859), McCall, Idaho, USA

The flavor is buttery and clean, light alcohol and koji, light acidity and mouthfeel. A bit rough around the edges but the alcohol heat is nearly non-existent. Chewy, decent, light acidity, light impact, no tail. Ok, covers the bases but doesn’t impress, a tank.
