Strong malty taste with some hints of prunes and roasted sugar. Full bodied palate with medium carbonation. Black currant aromas, caramell, hint of liquorice, bit of raisin and light bitterness in taste. aru (71), Smørum, Denmark Aug 29, 2008 Dark orange color with creamy large to medium head. Fruity aroma with a corner of alcohol. Taste fill the whole mouth revealing both alcohol yeast and some fruit. A rather successful brew! Huge bubbly beige head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Hazy dark amber color. Aroma of toasted malt, nutty, yeast, fruit. Over the palate came alcohol, mild pepper-spicy, caramel. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild alcoholic and malty smooth texture. Moderated sweet flavor with hint of bitter and acidic notes. Sweet malty and mild spicy warming alcoholic finish. Quit nice.
