Bottle at home in London with Lyoli. Pours clear auburn with a medium, tight foam head. Big yeast, toast, and Belgian sugar aroma. Medium sweet flavor with some dark, dried fruits and considerable bitterness of wood and earth. Full bodied with average to lively carbonation. Sweet, faintly warming finish, rather dry, some light toasted grass, yeast, toasted sugar, some ripe fruits. The lasting bitterness is somewhat odd. Overall decent.

Drinking from a 33cl bottle. In the aroma dust, little sour. The unclear dark red beer has an off-white head.No spectacular taste, a little bitter and a little sour. No other associations. Wouldn’t say it’s this high in alcohol. High carbonated.
