12 oz. bottle at Moonrise. Bottle was brown, not clear as pictured. Pours a pale yellow-gold with an inch-thick white head. Notes of grassy hops, grains, cereal, crackers, straw, and some floral notes. Light-bodied, with a lot of carbonation and a grassy mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing, good summer drink.

Bottle shared by ryan. Clear straw yellow pour, thin white head. Very fragrant on the nose. Lots of cereal and grain. Lightly toasted, nutty note. Mildly sweet flavor with floral notes, but still crisp and refreshing. Flavorful cereal taste with a bitter slightly grassy hop finish. Nice full body, but light and easy drinking.

Served in a pilsner glass. Malty sweetness in the nose with the slightest bit of apple or pear and subtle noble hop aroma. Absolutely clear light gold with white frothy long-standing head, clumpy lacing and next to no visible carbonation. Medium sweetness and bitterness with a touch of sour at the end. Slight astringency on attack but with good sweet malt support in the middle and a moderately dry and bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation with a smooth and creamy texture. A refreshing and enjoyable Kölsch. Would love to visit Köln and try some not-for-export examples.

Great beer. Pours light golden color, with a decent head. Aroma is not overbearing, and has a slight sweetness, which reflects the taste of the beer. This beer goes down smoothly, and has a nice kick which sits at the back of the throat. Taste is slightly sweet, and very palatable. Overall a good beer to drink, and great after a long summer day.

Had from 500ml bottle from Hi Time Wines. Pours clear golden with slight head that dissipates quickly and leaves slight lacing behind. Aroma is faint, notes of grass and hops. Taste is watered-down, weak, hints of hops, sweetness, slight malty flavor. Easy to drink, almost like drinking water, slightly bubbly with good, clean finish.
