Nov 8, 2009 Bottle - pours a clear golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of wheat, banana, spice, and hops. Taste is fruity, clean, wheaty and bicuity. Nice, refreshing beer that is great for drinking on a hot day. Nice Kolsch.

Nov 5, 2009 Like a well-made and genuine Kolsch, tastes like a quality Pilsener without the hoppy bite, but with a clean and smooth finish. Kolsch is probably the best summer beer to drink.

Nov 4, 2009 Clear pale gold. White head. Fresh grains, malted grains, cereal and bitter, mildly earthy hops. Clean, dry finish. Medium to medium/light body, balanced carbonation. Very easy to drink. I could drink a ton of this. Great session beer. Just wish it was $10/6pk instead of $10/4pk.

Oct 11, 2009 16 oz bottle. Golden straw colored pour with a small head. Large bubbles and mild carbonation. Taste of hay and malt. Mild light finish. Very enjoyable.

Oct 8, 2009 Bottle. A clear, straw-colored beer topped by a small, white to off-white head. Rather fruity on the nose, leaving the pale malts in the background. Quite grassy too, with some peppery hop notes way behind the other aromas. Fruity, straw flavor with a good addition of pale malts. Some slightly peppery hops gives a weak but appropriate bitterness, cleaning the palate nicely. Crisp, quenching and mediuim-bodied. A bit sweet finish maybe, where the bitterness are left too much in the back. Kölsch is a hard style to brew, and even though this is not the best of the locals, it’s a pretty good and quenching one. 091008

Oct 1, 2009 16.9oz bottle. Pours a clear pure golden body with a medium sized white head. Weak aroma of grass, straw with some faint citrus. Medium bodied, crisp, creamy mouthfeel. Flavor is mainly malty with a grainy grass finish. Not much going on here, which is what I expected. Overall an easy drinking relatively tasty beer.
