Summertime beer... Sweet light and good from June through august. I?d almost call this a seasonal in the sense that the beer probably shouldn?t be sold during fall and winter because the beer’s characteristics go against the fall/winter temperatures so much that it can cause low ratings. I think this is a really good beer for spring summer.

Bright yellow and clear with a half finger head. Nose is barely with light yeast. Taste is light sweet, light malts, light hop bitterness. Not too bad, drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at our place. Thanks avrashi. Light blond, clear, white film. Slightly grainy and a little corny aroma. Bitter, a little grainy taste. Light body, sweet finish.

Looks like an industrial lager, but has a pleasant yeasty aroma and a light, crispy and refreshing mouthfeel, finished with a sweet twist. Well done and structured, well developed, but a forgettable beer. Well, it’s a kolsch and I’m not from Koln, so...

330 mL bottle at a tasting on January 13. The pour is gold, pretty clear with a minimal head and little lace. The aroma is overly bland. There is a little sweetness, and a slight maltiness. There isn’t a whole lot going on with the taste either. It’s sweet, not what I’m looking for in a kölsch. I’d like to see a little detectable note of hops and bitterness, but it’s not ever coming in this one. The mouth feel has a thickness, and a good amount of carbonation, and the sweetness, overbearing in taste, doesn’t linger like it leads one to believe it would

Sweet aroma of yeast and bread, a golden colour, with small head and lots of carbonation. A sweet taste of dried fruit with a slightly bitter palate.

clear gold color;musty, noble hop aroma; a nice, light, crisp, clean beer. a bit on the sweet side; a fairly decent beer, although I’d prefer a bit less sweet
