Appearance is pale straw yellow and crystal clear with a fluffy whit foam head. Aroma is a faint noble hop with a slight fruity yeast character. No real maltiness on the nose. Taste is a light pils malt with a soft spicy hop bitterness and slight buttery quality. Mouthfeel is light with moderate carbonation. Finishes with a light hop bite and a distinct dryness on the tongue.

Golden yellow with a whitish head. Sweet malt, nuts and caramel. Full but crisp and light enough. Punchy. Very nice for the style.

Golden color, big white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is spicy and clove and opens up to fruity and grains. Light body and mostly clean flavor but may be a bit oxidized

First off let me just say that it’s nice to finally use my Kolsch glass. It’s been far too long my friend. Anyways....... Pours a clear like golden color with a thick bubbly white head. I think I know where this is going. Aroma is of skunked malts and hops. Has a heavier palate than I was expecting. There’s actually a little bit of a creamy texture here. Flavors are of malts, stale hops, a little skunk, and grapefruit. Leaves a dry skunked hop finish. It’s nice to have a smooth tasting Icehouse every now and then.

500ml bottle pours clear gold with a finger of white head. Nose is corn, grain, bread, grassy spice. Taste is crisp pale grain, corn, subtle bitter grass. Finish is round soft bitter grain, cracker, there is a faint strange synthetic-like note in the finish, almost like a plastic water bottle, that lingers and detracts a little bit from an otherwise solid and simple offering.

Draft - Lots of grain. Pale yellow with a white head. Grainy and lemon with a nice light honey finish. Nice.

Glass at DH- served a transparent thin yellow, light carbonation. Aroma was almost nonexistent with just a light wafe of hops. Hits the mouth with a light body, malt is a little overly sweet for me, finish is mildly crisp with some hops bite. Okey dokey.

I think we should have a name easily pronounceable by Americans. They don’t have to be pronouncing it correctly, even, but they shouldn’t be confused about how to pronounce it in their own way.

Yellow gold pour, very white head. Nose is all malt. Sweet. Medium bodied. Middle is vanilla and barley, slight grass hint. Finish is like barley pudding.
