Pours straw-colored from bottle, thin head. Mild hop aroma. Light and bitter, mellow pale lager-type flavor. Thin / fizzy mouthfeel. Slightly bitter finish. This beer was popular with the Bud / Miller / Coors fans at our tasting. A good "gateway" beer for people who are new to craft beers. Not a bad beer, just nothing special either.

A decent German beer. 500 ml. bottle to footed pilsner. Pours golden with small white head that doesn’t last very long, however leaves some lacing. Nice malty bread and grass/hay smells. Light sour taste with a good fruity finish. Well balanced palate. Overall a very refreshing brew.

bottle - Finally, my 100th German beer rating. Pours clear gold with a white head. It has a mild, hoppy aroma with some bready malt. The flavor is sweet, bready, grainy malt and a decent amount of crisp hops. It’s light bodied and drinkable enough, but nothing special. It brings to mind many of the light European everyday brews, be they ales or lagers.

500ml bottle from the BD, typical hoppy scent that I come to expect from European beers, has a mild taste with an assertive apple note. Very crisp and refreshing, would definitely use this as a quality session beer.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2010 aroma is sweet and grassy, a crystal clear yellow color with white frothy head that reduces but good lacing, a light touch of fruity sourness, a medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation, very long, soft and pleasing finish. I really like this beer and could drink these several of these at a sitting!

Golden colored brew. No aroma. Very drinkable, hopbitterness, grainy, balanced and fresh.

Aroma: weirdly like a grape popsicle/grape soda. Medium carbonation, yellow pour with fast-fading white head. Taste was like a hybrid between a crap pilsner and an average IPA without the hops.
