Pretty bare bones. Not much to this one. Good and clean taste. But it didn’t stand out to any of the other Kolsch found around the Koeln area.

Has a czech beer-like aroma with minty hops. The palate is smooth and vanilla like. The finish is dry and crisp. Nice!

Draft. Pours a pale gold with a sizeable effervescent white head. Light, crisp nose with grass and noble hops. Medium high carbonation with a light, crisp mouthfeel. Light malt notes in balance with just enough hop bitterness. Short, clean finish. A respectable Kolsch.

Pours clear yellow with a clean white head. Grassy aroma. Fresh flavour. Quite nice and refreshing kölsch.

Bottle at Wildeman. Gold body, thick head. Eggy nose. Hoppy taste with prickly texture. Some fruity notes. Quite subtle and well-rounded. Dry finish.

500 ml bottle. Golden color. Aroma of straw, grass, corn, bread. A bit of skunkiness. Flavor is very European-pale lager-ish. Actually, kind of reminded me of Heineken, but a tad better. Worth a try, I guess.

Pours light gold with a thick and lacy white head. Aroma has lots of biscuit, a bit of grass, and a dash of corn. Body tending to light with light carbonation. Taste of bread, biscuit, apple, toffee and some corn. Crisp floral finish.

Crushed with Jakebra at Falling Rock. Shit... This is a nice kolsch. Not sure what that means. Got some corn in it but good sweet malt and hop presence and minimal poop. Smooth and pleasant.
