Not much head, but that can be blamed on the bartender. A bit of a sickly yellow-gold color, completely transparent. A bit of white foam sticks around on the top. Not really all that much to the aroma. Some clear floral hop notes and some grain. Nice grainy malt base with some floral and vaguely bitter hops to balance. Soft and mellow, a bit sweet. Nice light and airy body with perfect carbonation. Crisp and clean, a little dry. A perfect choice for refreshment; really easy to drink.

Draft: Weak bier that reminded me of a typical American Budweiser. Lacked sweetness and had a slight almost hoppy bite.

Bottle. Clear golden colour with a medium mostly lasting white creamy head. rich maltry aroma and taste with some fruity notes. nice session beer.

0.33 l bottle. Pale golden color with small head. Malty and slightly fruity aroma. Dryish malty flavor with medium bitterness, clean herbal hop flavor and hint of lemon. Highly carbonated. A bit on a heavier and hoppier side for a kölsch.

Yellow/gold, with a white head. Aroma is grain, malt, hops, and a bit skunky. Flavor is hops, malt, and fruit. A simple, easy to drink beer.

Pours brilliant light straw, highly carbonated, thin, lingering head. Fruity aroma, crisp, very dry in the mouth, balance of fruit and hops on finish.

This tastes like Coors Light or Rolling Rock. Straw color. Carbonated. Unremarkable. Weak. I don’t care much for Kolsches and this is no different.

The knowledgeable beer guy at Top Cellar Select in OP,KS recommended this for my Budweiser drinking uncle during the holidays. Great choice.
