Pours clear golden color with a thin white head. Aroma is light and a hint of flowers. Taste is clean, crisp without anything overpowering. Not very strong alcohol wise. A nice hot day beer that goes down very easy.

Doughy aroma. Metallic Kolsch flavor. Nothing great, nothing horrible. Just run of the mill average Kolsch in my opinion.

on tap @Old Bay-pours a disappearing white head and yellow color. Aroma is sweet grain. Taste is sweet grain, some husky, secondary/faint (saaz) grassy hops. OK carbonation.

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2011 Pours out a clear golden yellow with a small white head to it. Aroma is nice almost like fresh hay cut down in a field before fall time. Reminds me of back home in South Carolina right at the very end of October when we cut down the hay for feed. Aroma has a slight sweet fruitiness that is nice with just the slightest hint of hops. Taste is very crisp, clean, slightly grainy, and of sweet fruits. This is my first Kolsch from the actual Kolsch region of Germany and I’m not dissapointed. I really like this style.Good beer and reccomend this to anyone who wants a highly drinkable beer but rewarding at the same time.

Light Gold pour with a medium lasting white head in a kölsch glass. Typical grassy, pale malt and lightly earthy hopped smell. Light to medium body with a nice clean refreshing crisp flavor. About as good as kolsches get, from what I’ve had so far. Great easy drinking beer, but nothing crazy.

Bottle- Sampled @ Siebel during the German style tasting- Brilliant clear golden color, ring of white foam. Slightly fruity clean nose. This is one clean easy drinking beer. Nothing offensive whatsoever. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Malty bready and grassy aroma. Sweet malty grassy flavor with some grainy hints. Long malty grassy finish with a bitter aftertaste.
