es schmeckt aus der Flasche fast genauso gut wie frisch aus dem Fass. Die Nr. 1 weil das meistverkaufte Kölsch schlechthin.

Bedeckt hopfiger Geruch etwas süßlich. Recht milder Start. Im Mittel malzige Töne, hopfiger. Bittert etwas nach, klingt aber rasch ab. Trinkbar.

Tap at GBBF 2011. Pours a very light yellow colour with a thin white head. Has a mild malty aroma with just a hint of hops. Watery thin taste on a very lively body.

Tap @ KC Saucer.. decent brew, good to start my night .. . I’m allergic to dogs. And cashews. Throat closes right up for both. I guess my biggest fear would be if a dog, who had eaten some cashews, were to throw up in my mouth. Lucky for me that’s only happened once.

Wässriger, getreidig hellmalziger Antrunk. Besser im Abgang, hell süßlich, etwas trocken-herb. Mittelintensiv, süffig, nett. Dann aber wieder langweilig monoton, keine Spur von Hopfen, etwas. Holz. /9/8/8/9/8

Straw yellow, huge fluffily head. Aroma is muted, some sweet grain and noble hop. It’s fuller bodied than the kolsch’s I’ve tried. Starts bitter, finishes sweet. Slight spiciness on the finish, and also a slightly off metallic flavor. Solid kolsch, but the full body and sweetness take away from the crispness and refreshment that I love about Kolschbier.

Pours a crystal light straw yellow with a big frothy white head. Aroma is grain with a hint of hop. Taste is crisp, sweet malty. Solid Kolsch

Hardly any aromas at all. Light fruity flavors that linger on the palate. Finishes clean. Overall a pretty decent beer.
