Draft and WOB. Clear gold with a quick white head. Light clean body with a little apple. Mild grains in the aroma and floral hops through both. Decent crisp drink.

smell of hay, dough... golden, clear and nice white head... light sweetness, with light bitterness.

Solid beer for first German kolsch. Clear straw yellow not as sweet as Americans I’ve had. Amazing, yet simple. Great.

Pours golden from bottle with a big pillowy white head. Big grainy aroma. Very crisp taste but finishes with a slightly fruity sweetness. Nice session beer.

Brown bottle. Pours a pale yellow color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is very mild with notes of grains, sweet malt some citrus and grassy hops. The flavor is also fairly light with the sweet malts, grains, mineral notes, grassy and citrussy hops. The body is light and slightly dry. Overall an above average beer, not just anything I was too fond of.

Tap. Basic very light clear lemony yellow with a finger of fluffy pure white head. The aroma is kinda difficult to detect, with some light hop notes that are almost a little earthy and plant-like with some sweetness. Flavor basically is the same, only with less of a hop presence, the sweetness almost becomes a bit sour toward the end. Very, very light but decently dry.

Poured into a footed pilsner. Appearance is light gold with nice clarity and a thick white head and constant carbonation bubbles. Not so carbonated that it creates an enormous head though. Spotty lacing. Light fruity notes with a tinge of hop and fusel presence. Taste is very light all around. Grainy notes accentuated by a fruity sweetness. Super drinkable due to the overall lightness of the beer. Not much in the way of aftertaste. Overall, I’m glad I picked this one up.

A very nice beer. Light and refreshing, very good for a summer day. Goesd well with fish and less bold food. Starts out with a fruity aroma. The flavor crisp and clean, nice and dry.
