So many German beers, so little money. This is one of the few that isn’t worth the money. Still a very tasty brew, but their are so many others that are either as good or better for less money.

Rich nose and pleasant hay color. Initial taste revealed a similarity to the rubber used to make baloons. Not too good. Light body with limited depths to offer. Not one I would buy again.

Foamy head, aroma has a slight hint of malt. Very clear pour, taste is semi sweet.

On tap. Remarkably crystal clear golden brew with some interesting fruitiness that builds in complexity as you go. It’s a decent beer, but I just don’t care for the style. Something sweet and crackery always creeps into the flavour, reminding me too much of American Standard action.

Malty but crisp. Hints of bitter. The kolsch style is epitomized by this brew, I feel.
