Cask @ Unkelbach, Köln 06. Pale golden color with a white head. A very ligth malty and sweet aroma with a light fruityness. Malty and fruity flavor with a weak hoppy finish.

An orange beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty and hoppy, while the flavor is malty combined with notes of caramel and bisquites, leading to a toffee’ish dry end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pale golden with an almost absent head. Very pronounced, sweetish malty feel, a great softness and a very discreet bitterness. Kölsch is not the world’s most exciting style of beer but it’s soft and sympathetic. 240505

33 cL bottle, trade with Koelschtrinker. Pours clear and pale yellow with a one finger thick white head. Light hoppy and mild grainy aroma. Flavour is clean and crips hoppy, very classic yet vibrant kölsch. Light, fresh bitterness in the finish. Nice and clean kölsch, thanks Roman!

Pale golden. Balanced sweetness. Some malt and bitterness.

Bottled. Pale golden colour with small white head. Aroma is sweet malts and rather sweet hops. Flavour is malts, saltwater and hops. Quite wellbalanced and good nicely done Kölsch.

Bottle. Clear yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of malts and fruits. Flavour of malts and fruits with notes of hops.

Bottle. Bready vegetable aroma, not unpleasant. Yellow colour, big, unstable white head. Light body. Quite clean tasting and refreshing with a little acidity, but quite boring. Flavour and aftertaste also have some vegetable.
