330 ml bottle at home, poured into a kolsch glass. ABV 4.8% Clear body with no activity in it, golden yellow in colour, with a good sized white head on top, a bit thin but with good duration. Light lacing on the glass. Fresh aroma of malts, grass. Taste is sweet. a bit malty, again fresh grass, leaves. Medium thin body with good carbonation. Overall quite good.

A very perplexing beer to rate. It’s really hard to get any aroma out of this. Smells pretty bright and mildly citrusy but not much intensity on the aroma. The appearance is fairly typical, a totally transparent light gold with a decent head. The taste is a little too spritzy for my preferences, but once you get past that, the bitterness comes in and it’s not bad, almost pale-ale like, but not as bitter. A cloying aftertaste that sticks to your gums. It’s pleasant to drink.

6/18/14. Draft. Pours straw golden with a nice 2 finger frothy head. Nice light hoppy nose. Very clean slightly malty mouth. Very pils in character. Faced it off against the New Holland Full Circle and it was a much superior rep of the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Flasche. Gießt gelb mit einer weißen Schaumkrone ein. Malzig-süße Aromen. Malzig-süßer Geschmack bei mittiger CO2. Etwas schwerer im Körper als andere Kölschsorten. Normales kommerzielles Kölsch.
