Very light sweet aroma, pours a clear light yellow with just a dusting of white head. Mild flavor, with just a touch of sweetness. Light bodied and very easy drinking. If you’re looking for a good session beer, this is one to try.

330 ml bottle. Honey gold color. Small white head dissipates quickly. Sweet grainy malt aroma. Flavor is light and refreshing with a grainy, hay-like character. Light honey, lemon peel and biscuit maltiness. Dry citrus hop finish.

Pour on tap at Boneyard, clear golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of grass, bread, biscuit, hints of husk and straw, slight yeast into a bit of honey. Taste was a mix of husky grain, bread, some soft vanilla into a bit of earth, grass, some straw, finishing dry, slightly bitter.

Draft at Madrone’s in Frederick, MD served in a classic pils glass. Clear pale golden color with white head. Aroma notes of pale malt sweetness, grass and light fruity note. Taste adds notes of bread and some herbal/citrus hop notes. Light body, moderate carbonation, crisp with clean finish. Nice Kolsh with some light character.

pours light but bright golden with a small white cap leaving a small rind and shy lacing. pleasant crisp pale cereals, honey smoothness, honey biscuits/bread, grassy nobleness, spicy and peppery citrus, chalk and other minerals - soft water-like feeling, just a hint of cardboard - not bad for it has travelled a lot. average carbonation, light body - fairly smooth and oily, relatively dry grassy-herbal finish. i bet this one would drink quite well on tap/cask and/or tempered.

On tap at Rosamunde in Oaktown. It pours a clear light gold color with a small white head. The aroma is lightly fruity and malty with hints of honey and floral hops. The flavor is the same. Mild fruity esters up front with pear, apple, grape and more pale malty flavors coming through mid-palate. Hints of floral hops. Mild cardboard and florals in the finish. White grape is what seemed to come through the strongest for me. Pretty decent, sessionable stuff.
