Aug 13, 2008 Bottle. Clear colour with a mist of yellow. Aroma and taste of very sweet elderflower, perfume and ’druesukker’? Its fresh and sparkling. Girls who likes Søbogaard Hyldeblomst might like this sodapop cider with alcohol. It´s way better than etc. Cult Shaker cider and other disco-youth drinks.

Jun 15, 2008 (Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of Grovlam. Comes as "Rekorderlig Hyldeblomst". Pours a clear greyish golden with no head. Sweetish, sugary and perfumy notes. Light-bodied, extremely sweet and sugary with no real distinct fruit character. Fresh but more like a soda pop. 190408

Jun 14, 2008 The color is the same as water and the head is small. The aroma is sweet and reminds me of a red soda. The flavour is sweet, very sweet with light notes of pear and a lot of red soda. The elderflower is a weak note, artificial and the entire ”cider” is way too sweet.

May 4, 2008 Bottle. A water coloured cider with no head. The aroa is of elderflower, the taste also, but soapy and sweet. Medium body with a sweet dry finish. Good sodapop.
