4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle - pour copper with a big white head that clings to the glass on the way down. Aroma is tropical fruit, pineapple, passion fruit and a big piney resin. Hops dominate the taste but not in a cloying way. Nice bitter finish at the end without being too over the top. Smooth creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle pour@5e Mondial de la Bière, Mulhouse - FR, avec un grand merci aux gentlemen du Lyon Cervoise Club. Inviting golden amber beer with green inflections. Wonderfully juicy hop nose, freshly squeezed lime, leafy zest. Taste is nearly as elegant, very well defined: condensed bitter tangerine marmelade with some kumquat and gooseberry thrown in for good measure and bark resins for gelatine. Mouthfeel still biscuit-crisp for an IIPA. Good antipodean stuff working with some prime local terroir hops.

3.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden peach pour. Not much aroma. Taste is juicy resin but still very drinkable. Nice bitter hop finish. Overall, a very nice double IPA. Prefer this to many of the 8 Wired fresh hop varieties.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml bottle. Pours a clear medium amber, with a moderate off-white head, which lasts well and leaves decent lacing. Peach, apricot and lime hops notes mix with rye toast and caramel malt to create the aroma. Apricot, kiwifruit and lime hops up front give way to a firm malt backbone, with plenty of caramel and toast notes. Lime hops give it a cleansing finish. A very enjoyable DIPA; I’m surprised it doesn’t rate more highly.

Bottle at home, thin white head, pale copper, very slightly opaque. Big fresh fruity hops on the nose. Great hop bitterness. Piney and resinous. Not as good as from draft

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Remarkable clarity and good visible carbonation. Off white head with not much, if any lacing. Getting scents of bitter coffee and pine. Tastes very malty and resinous - grass after with some of that bitter citrus coming through. Feels great in the mouth, good carbonation and density and gives the mouth an amazing coating.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Very resinous like a Barely Wine - but still has that nice hop character you’d expect from an DIPA. Tropical and sweet malts dominate the taste. A little unbalanced too much sweetness. Ok stuff
