16 oz can. Pours hazy straw yellow with a thin white head that quickly goes to a thin collar.
The aroma is subdued - sweet bready honey malts.
The flavor is sweet honey malts with a light bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with very low carbonation.
Overall, uninspiring but not offensive.

A little biscuit, a little corn, even a little butter. Definitely not one of Renegade’s better offerings.

I definitely like what this beer is aiming for: a light-bodied, easy-drinking brew to be enjoyed after the hours have been put in. Aroma has sweet malt with a note of creamed corn. There’s also a lot of creaminess that hits you in the mid-mouth. There’s virtually no hoppiness. This is okay, but not my thing at all. I definitely prefer other Renegade offerings.

12 oz can pours a hazy yellow with a bit of a white head. Hit with corn and DMS on the nose right away. Bad start. Not much body or flavor. Eh.

12oz bottle. Walking the line between Golden Ale and Session IPA. Yellow-tan body, some haze. Thin, frothy head. Not a lot going on. Thin, watery golden malt. Hops and carbonation give it a seltzer bite. Not bad, I can see drinking a lot of this..if it were free. Otherwise maybe not.

Meh...not as stale as some of the other Renegades from Denver, as it wasn’t hoppy to begin with, but a pretty basic malty grain and honey forward blonde. Not bad, nothing exciting.

Can. Thanks to somebody from Ohio. Blonde yellow colored can. Smells cold. A faint gay like malt character and not much else. Clean at least. Taste is initially just bitter water. Going back for a few more sips doesn’t reveal much else. No caramel or honey or toast malts. Just grassy, bitter, thin, watery. Carbonation is a tad low and doesn’t help mouthfeel.

Nice taste to this lighter day time ale. I would say you can enjoy this on the water.

A- Sweet corn, malty, slightly sweet.
A- Yellow color, cloudy liquid, white head.
T- Sweet corn, grains, malty.
P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish.
O- This was all over the board average. For some reason, the person in me who loves simplicity and the color yellow saw the can and though this is going to be a good beer. Turns out as usual the can doesn’t make the beer taste good. Average all around.
