2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Wanted to like this more - what is a white stout? Not bad, just not great. Middle yellow, but pleasant but hard to pinpoint nose. Smooth and crisp, but not a stout.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewery. Pour is bright gold with a small white head and decent lacing. Somewhat faint aroma - white chocolate, light roast, a touch of wood and smoke. Taste is somewhat smoky, green peppers, light cocoa, grass, a touch of grain and roast. Medium body with high carbonation. Such a weird beer..... the verdict is out on this one.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Glad someone else created this...I wouldn’t know what style to put it in. Cloudy gold with a thin white head. Nice sweet aroma with some chocolaty sweetness, and a touch of roasty caramel. Flavor was a little on the grainy side but sweet and kinda roasty, with a subtle chocolaty undertone. But also primarily grainy, like an earthy caramalt.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I’ve entered this as stout because that is what the brewer markets it as and I don’t know what else to enter it as - the damn beer is blonde in color, but it does have some of the aromas and flavors of a stout - medium body, soft carbonation - flavors and aromas of chocolate, light roast, mild bitterness - a hint of nuttiness and lingering chocolate - balanced and easy-drinking beer, jus not sure what the hell it is.
