Butelka 75cl. Sporo ziół i cierpkich cytrusów. Do tego miód, kwiaty i twaróg. USTA : mocno nasycone, miękkie i aksamitne o konsystencji powiedzmy herbaty. Piwo jest wytrawne o sporej goryczy. Gorycz jest ziołowa i podobna do skórki limonki. Goryczka jest ciekawie podkreślona nutami podobnymi do skóry lekko przypalonego chleba. Posmak jest cierpki i cytrusowy i dochodzi, o dziwo delikatnie słodycz podobna do trawy jęczmiennej. ODCZUCIA : fajne i orzeźwiające piwo. Wciąż świetnie zrównoważone. Trochę śmieszą mnie belgijskie browary kiedy dodadzą troszeczkę więcej chmielu to nazywają to piwo IPA ....

Gut! 11/11/11/11/8//11

Bottled@HBF2014. Yellowish colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral and necaty with some slight yeastiness to it as well. Flavour is nice hoppy floral and fruity notes along with a nice malty strong body to it, where alcohol gives just a nice slight kick to it as well.

Thanks Hertie!! Pours a hazy golden orange with an off white head. The smell is orange, yeast, earthy malt. The taste is yeast, crisp hope, citrus, spice ending very dry and a bit bitter. Light+body with active carbonation.

330ml bottle (HBF2014, Saturday)
Very lemonadey aroma. Some alcohol bitterness in the taste. Sweetish malts, pale, but tons of yeast too, though I had one of the later pours. Pale and hazy-to-murky, large tight off-white head. Later aroma is pooey. Rough. Finish has pale grains.

Bottle from De Kunstemaecker, Steenkerke. Gushing out of the bottle, cloudy orangey golden, rocky head. Interesting spicy and yeasty nose, piney hops. Good bitter-sweet balance, piney and spicy notes, definitely bitter edge. Quite original.

Great good looking beer with a thick stable foam head. The beer is unfiltered and has a misty look. The thick foam head is coming from the used hops. The beer is full body and has a nice hoppy taste the aftertaste is long lasting and it has a dry finish. The used hops are belgium hops. ---Rated By the Belleketels
