Cervesa estil "imperial Stout". No apte per a cardíacs.

Botlled. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, hard roasted malt, and alcohol, leading to a dry roasted finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

On-tap. Tumbler glass. Enjoyed on agt´12. Pours pure black in color & tan headed. Creamy froth shows fairly good retention & leaves a thin layer on top. Roasted malt, candy aromas, hints of licorice & anise as well as cocoa notes. Roasted malt & licorice flavor upfront. Creamy sensation is blown up by strong bitterness. Medium to full body. Moderate carbonation. Mouthfeel is oily & silky. Dark fruits in the middle. Long bitter finish with bitter cocoa hues lingers into a resiny aftertaste. Well balanced flavors, ABV well hidden, drinkable. Good job!

Bottled. Black colour with a tan head, medium lasting and nice lacing. Aroma is licorice, toasty, coffee and light bittery. Flavor is moderate sweet and bittery, buttery, coffee and black chocolate, toasted malts, some red fruits and raisins are present. Creamy and smooth final with a decent bitterness and coffee sensation.

330ml bottle@Cimmeria. Probably the best spanish Imp. Stout i´ve ever tried. Chocolate, coffee and sweet liquor aromas. Pours black, oily, with frothy tan head, creamy and persistent, some lacing. Body is medium to full, carbonation is soft, oily and creamy texture. Taste is well balanced, from roasted malt notes, mild bitternewss, to sweet caramel ones, among cacao and spicy ones. Very enjoyable.

23/11 0.33 l bottle from L’Espumossa, Barcelona. It poured black body with medium sized brown head. Caramel, cappuccino and licorice aroma. Bitter flavor at first, but it soon gets rounded to sweet creamy chocolate, coffee and caramel. Somewhat milky, or that was just an impression of its creamy full body, although lower ABV than usual for the style was obvious. Sweet, long cocoa and slightly herbal. Very nice beer, glad to see good ISs in the area.
