Deze scotch ale heeft een aroma van boerenjongens, pruim en kersen. De smaak heeft karamel en gebrande mout in zich en doet denken aan herfstbok. Toch zitten er meer fruitige lagen in dit bier.

Toffee, dark fruits, roasted malts, reddish/intense dark brown with a good tan head quite persistant, medium body, law carbonation, taste of toffee, roasted, hints of smoke, alcohol is very well hidden (maybe too much, warming is present only in the aftertaste)...a very elegant scotch ale but this witch can do better.

1.5dl on tap at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam. Nose is smoked old wood. Body is opalescent amber brown, head is medium, beige, creamy, average lasting, good lacing. Aroma is black tea, honey, brown sugar, old wood. Medium to heavy sweet, light bitter, light fruity sour. Finish is medium lasting roasty medium bittersweet. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Easy dessertish beer, a bit too sweet, but interesting.

kran w Heritage Birreria Artigianale. na szybko: aromaty glownie karmelowe, troszke chlebowe, troche orzechowe, generalnie delikatne. podobnie w smaku, slodkie, lekkie piwo, w ogole poludniowcy robia mam wrazenie sporo lekkich piw. a przy 7.5% to niebanalne wyzwanie wszak.
