Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, soapy - flowers, spicy - coriander, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20121109]

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wheat, coriander, orange peel and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long floral and coriander finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl. It’s an almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, off-whitee head on top. Lots of coriander on the nose, some lemon peel and orange, and a faint touch of malts. Flowers too. A bit thin on the palate, and maybe a bit hard on the carbonation, and also a bit low on the carbonation level. Coriander and citrus fruits dominates the flavor too, leaving little room for the malts. Low bitterness in the end, but at a pleasant level. A refreshing and quite tasteful one, although a bit too flowery I think. 121109

Bottiglia @fermento. Al naso coriandolo e agrumi,forse un limone un po’ troppo spinto (quasi detersivo). In bocca molto beverina e gradevole.una delle poche birre italiane "in stile"

Pint at BQ Alzaia, Milano. It pours a cloudy pale yellow colour with a medium white head. Aroma is tangerine, orange peel and coriander. Taste is semy-sweet with a ted of acidity in the finish. Definite orange notes with flowers and coriander. Medium to light body with nice carbonation. Overall, very tasty and refreshing, but I’d have preferred a bit more dryness.
