Pours clear and golden orange with a big white head. The nose is light citrus, sweet bread and light toffee. The taste is heavy on the sweet, medium on the bitter and a hint of tart that I don’t care for to much in a pale ale. The textrue is crisp and clean, body is light and finish is long.

05/04/2013 On tap @ Spring Beer Festival 2013. Dorata paglierino, appena torbida, schiuma bianca crespa, discreta, moderatamente persistente. Al naso malto e luppolo si sposano abbastanza bene, sentori di lieviti, note fruttate. In bocca ha una discreta beva, sembra un po’ sottotono, non pulitissima, delude un po’ le attese. Corpo leggero, carbonazione abbondante. Mi aspettavo di più.

Hazy light amber color with white head. Intense citrus and resin aroma, also fruity and spicy. At taste is dry but not bitter, pretty balanced and drinkable.

Tropicale al naso di Ananasso! Fruttata e floreale con un amaro intenso ma ben bilanciato, in formissima!

Light unclear medium yellow amber colour with a large, frothy to creamy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, dusty hops, grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus - orange, fruity hops, grassy, fresh, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121218]

Hazy light amber color with medium sized creamy head. Nice fruity hop aroma, delicate and harmonious (7.5/10). The mouthfeel is very dry; there is some malt bit the accent is on the hops, although now more bitter than aromatic, still providing a good amount of soft resins and bitter orange fruitiness; piquant. In the final there is a more evident citrus note.
Good, clean and well brewed.

Clear deep golden colour with big frothy white head. American hops, fruitiness and suitable portion of bitterness in aroma. Fruity hops, moderate bitterness and balancing maltiness in flavour. Tasty. Slightly thin though.

Ottima! Adoro le APA e questa è veramente una delle mie preferite! Bella un po torbida, schiuma pannosa ma non molto persistente, aromi luppolati e leggermente fruttati, amara al punto giusto, luppolo erbaceo e sopratutto frutti! Retrogusto ottimo amarognolo e persistente! Birra molto molto beverina!

Cask at BQ Alzaia, Milano. It pours a mostly clear golden colour with a big white head. Aroma is stunning and loaded with tropical fruits. Pineapple above all, but strong peach and mango presence. Taste is similar, not overly bitter, but extremely fruity. Body is quite thin with very soft carbonation. Overall, outstanding flavor profile, well done.

La sorpresa della serata....una Apa che predilige l’agrumato e il floreale all’amaro esagerato...con un buon equilibrio generale, non una Apa che stanca dopo 3 sorsi...davvero notevole!!
