Shared this with oldrtybastrd as many others have also been drank. This is a typical Sschwarzbier, carmel burnt malts and some bready tastes. This is worth a try, but that would be all.

Test vom 21.11.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,6,7,5,9,5 - 5,85

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin light tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with an edge of acidity and notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish. The body is a bit light. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, shared by yespr. It looks quite decent in the glass, with it’s clear, brown body and a small beige head. I’m not very content with the aroma and flavor though, as there’s cooked vegetables and hints of burnt plastic in both. Else it’s malty, with caramel and a little breadyness. Quite sweet in the mouth, with cooked vegetables in the finish. Medium body. Not very successful, but at least it’s not undrinkable. Mostly boring. (080822)
