Feb 22, 2009 Deep garnet color with a very thin head. Hearty rye grain in the nose. Very appealing. Thin body. Flavor is classic double red with the rye bent. Hint of a soy sauce barrel. Dry, English, bitter Delicious beer.

Apr 21, 2008 I can’t seem to place this aroma, but it’s nice...oh yeah, it’s rye! Not real malty or hoppy but they are both there. Quite good stuff.

Feb 12, 2009 Pours a dark mahogany/ lite brown with a white forming head. Smell of malts and a bit of rye. Great taste of hops. Great specialy grain brew. Glad to contribute to hope in 09.

May 18, 2008 Aroma is pleasantly malty and yeasty, with just a hint of spice and a touch of apple. Color is a clear medium reddish-brown or reddish-golden; head is thick, fluffy, and pale tan. Flavor is somewhat malty and somewhat hoppy, strongly but not unpleasantly bitter, very smooth with a whisper of fruit and spice.

Jul 16, 2008 Bomber from Enniskillen; Nose is yeasty ryebread, strong caramel, and light vanilla and clove notes; rust red with a small cinnamon tinged, beige head; flavor of light hop bitterness, caramel, and a little rye; finish is light bitterness and alcohol warmth and more rye; Bison gets no respect because it’s organic; this one is way underrated and is an excellent beer!

Jun 4, 2008 22oz Bomber. Really enjoyed this one . Pours a deep amber with decent sized white head. Nice caramel malt aroma & Flavor. Roasty, toasty & well balanced hop bitterness. Nice beer
