The pour was cloudy yellow with an 2 finger white head. Aroma of banana phenols, citrus fruit, spice, wheat. Very pleasant and big nose. Taste was similar, with a nice bit of fruit mixing well with the wheat. Spice was not really all that noticeable. Mouth was really smooth and carbonation was soft. Overall, a very nice wheat brew. Pours cloudy light orange with a moderate sized, white head and specks of lace. Smells grainy and citrusy with some yeast and cloves. Tastes grainy and yeasty, slight toffee and sweet malt and very slight citrus flavor. Medium/full body, fizzy-ish carbonation. DalzAle (490), Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA
